As part of our recovery memberships, we include unlimited access to our cold plunge facilities.
Your cold plunge routine should align with your fitness objectives. If endurance is your aim, schedule plunges close to your workout sessions. Those focusing on strength gains should consider a four-hour gap post-exercise. For overall health and wellness benefits, a plunge after training works best. Interestingly, just 11 minutes spread over a week can effectively kick-start your metabolism.
