Your custom nutrition plan

Every nutrition package comprises an initial consultation—a one-on-one session with a registered dietitian (RD) or another well-qualified nutrition professional. Together, you can delve into your health goals, medical history, and dietary habits, ensuring a personalized approach to your well-being.

Next, you’ll establish a baseline measurement using our body composition scanner. You’ll also have the option to add on lab work to dig deeper into how your food affects your overall health.

Based on this information, your nutrition coach will create a custom nutrition plan that caters to your body’s unique needs.

Counseling & Support

Having a nutrition coach on your side really makes a difference in sticking to your plan.

They are here to encourage and motivate you while helping you overcome obstacles and stay focused on your goals.

And let’s not forget the accountability! When you report back to your nutrition coach regularly, you have a better chance of staying on track toward achieving your goals.

Tracking

Tracking is crucial for making progress and moving toward your goals.

It also helps you and your nutrition coach make necessary adjustments to your plan when needed.

Regular body composition scans using the InBody 570 allow your nutrition coach to give you real-time feedback and make quick changes to ensure you’re tracking toward your health goals.
